Job Description:

The Regional Marketing Specialist acts as the catalyst to drive a digital first marketing mindset, prioritizing marketing programs to deliver business growth and deepen client engagement, to build long term loyalty for Asia and UAE CG/CPC customers. The role partners with various internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best marketing experience across content, brand and products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop Asia + UAE CG/CPC strategic marketing planning and execution
  • Track progress on organizational goals and marketing deliverables
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows and organizational effectiveness
  • Ensure timely completion of deliverables and remove roadblocks for project and marketing teams
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships
  • Lead and coordinate high-priority cross function and country projects, innovation, transformation
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability across multi-country teams
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert to senior management with deep client insights
  • Accountable for customer agenda through research and competitive benchmarking
  • Lead and execute rapid test and learn agenda using Martech and Adtech for Marketing
  • Approximately 20% travel
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

  • 12 - 15 years of experience in Marketing, Consultancy or an Agency
  • Team player with the ability to partner and negotiate with cross functional teams
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing with Martech and Adtech exposure
  • Regional (Asia & ME) experience with experience managing large and complex projects across multiple countries and time zones
  • Strong numerical ability with understanding of financial products and services
  • Intellectually curious, proactively seeking and developing new opportunities
  • Careful attention to detail with ability to manage priorities and multi-task
  • Ability to think strategically and to simplify the complex
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
