Have you ever imagined being a chef where no two weeks are the same, while still maintaining a great work-life balance? This role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a real difference across multiple services. As a Regional Support Chef, you will support our homes across Scotland, covering holidays, sickness, and periods of absence. You’ll step into established kitchens, providing stability, maintaining standards, and ensuring residents continue to receive high-quality meals and dining experiences. This role offers a refreshing change from a fixed-site position – giving you the opportunity to work with different teams, share best practice, and develop your skills across a variety of environments. You will be part of a wider hospitality team, working closely with Operations Directors and Home Managers, ensuring continuity and consistency in catering delivery across the region. There are regular activities, themed events, and special occasions throughout the year which you will support – giving you plenty of opportunity to showcase creativity while maintaining company standards.
