The Regional General Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing restaurant operations across multiple locations within a designated region. This position ensures operational excellence, drives profitability, and fosters a culture of exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations

  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including customer service, inventory management, and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, with effective time-management and decision-making abilities
