Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in finance (FP&A) or business strategy
  • Strong skills in building financial models and spreadsheets
  • Experience presenting financial reports to top management
  • Comfortable setting and tracking business targets (KPIs)

Nice to have

  • Experience leading a finance or planning team
  • Experience setting up new financial software or processes
  • Experience working in Private Equity or high-growth startups
  • Good English skills to work with our international team and global projects
