Job Description:

This is a key leadership position within our global Finance function. You will oversee financial reporting and compliance across assigned international regions, ensuring timely delivery of management accounts and statutory filings. Leading a team of four, you’ll foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while acting as a trusted business partner to operational teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and mentor a small finance team, supporting their professional growth
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and deliver insightful variance analysis
  • Produce management packs and lead discussions with operations teams
  • Own the budget and forecasting process for assigned regions
  • Ensure compliance with statutory accounts, tax filings, and regulatory requirements
  • Act as key liaison for group audits and statutory accounts
  • Support commercial decision-making through appraisals and contract reviews
  • Drive process improvements in reporting, controls, and finance systems

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in management accounting or financial reporting
  • Proven experience managing and motivating a team
  • Strong knowledge of statutory reporting and tax compliance
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
  • Experience in multinational environments and multi-currency reporting is desirable
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and commitment to deadlines
  • Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and supporting business growth
