Job Description

A well-established U.S. manufacturer with decades of credibility in the utility, telecom, and fiber infrastructure markets is hiring Field Sales Managers across multiple territories. This is a true field sales role with high autonomy, extensive travel, and a relationship-driven sales motion centered around distributors, manufacturer reps, contractors, and utilities. If you enjoy owning a territory, building partnerships, and driving growth through channel relationships, this could be a strong fit.

Job Responsibility

  • Multi-state territory with existing accounts and significant growth potential
  • Relationships with distributors, contractors, utilities, and end users
  • New business development and account expansion

Requirements

  • Proven field sales success managing a multi-state territory
  • Experience working through distributors, manufacturer reps, dealer networks, or channel partners
  • Experience selling to contractors, utilities, industrial customers, or infrastructure-related markets
  • Ability to sell on value rather than price
  • Demonstrated track record of quota attainment, territory growth, rankings, or Presidents Club recognition
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence
  • Comfortable spending significant time in the field
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Valid driver's license

  • Build and manage the annual budget and targets for your team, with the support of the Director of Sales & Customer Success
