As a Regional Facility Manager, you will oversee facility operations across a portfolio of aviation-related properties for one of JLL’s largest global aviation clients. You will act as a strategic partner—ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and customer-centric facility performance while leading service delivery teams, optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence across multiple manufacturing facilities.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and manage facility operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with client standards, aviation regulations, and safety protocols
Oversee vendor performance, contract adherence, and service-level delivery for maintenance, repairs, and critical system operations
Develop and manage regional operating budgets, monitor spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality
Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand operational needs, resolve issues, and support business-critical initiatives
Implement preventive maintenance strategies and ensure accurate use of tools and reporting
Lead, coach, and support onsite teams to foster a culture of safety, service, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
10+ years experience managing facilities across multiple locations, ideally in aviation, transportation, or other 24/7 mission-critical environments
Strong working knowledge of building systems and operational requirements
Proficiency with CMMS platforms (i.e. Corrigo)
Ability to travel 15-20%
Ability to analyze data, develop reporting, and present operational insights to senior leadership
Demonstrated capability in vendor management, contract oversight, and service-level governance
Bachelor’s degree
Engineering or related degree preferred
