Job Description

In this key regional role, you will oversee the delivery of a wide range of soft FM services — including cleaning, waste management (general, clinical and recycling), pest control and general labouring/handyperson services. You’ll ensure these services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with our contractual commitments and company standards. You will act as a trusted partner to sites across your region, leading audits, driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, and supporting both operational teams and senior managers with expert insight and guidance.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring full adherence to health & safety legislation and company procedures
  • Managing and completing audit reports for cleaning and waste services
  • Owning on-site relationships across your region through inspections and project coordination
  • Building strong relationships with client groups including Waste Removal, Pest Control, Vehicle Management and Commercial teams
  • Monitoring emergency and urgent requests to ensure timely, cost‑effective resolution within SLAs
  • Ensuring compliance with all contractual service stream requirements
  • Conducting routine on-site inspections to maintain professional, well-presented, compliant facilities
  • Providing subject matter expertise in facilities management, project delivery, client engagement and budget oversight
  • Analysing customer feedback and trends to recommend the right solutions
  • Supporting strategic waste plans to maximise efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Assisting the Head of FM with soft FM projects and mobilisation activities
  • Supporting sales teams with operational insight for tenders and growth
  • Working with operations to help achieve productivity and labour efficiency targets

Requirements

  • Degree/Master’s in a relevant field (e.g. Environmental Management) or working towards membership of CIWM/IEMA
  • Experience in the waste management industry or consultancy
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills
  • Full UK driving licence
