Job Responsibility:
Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring timely and high-quality work
Monitor and triage maintenance requests to ensure the safety and smooth operation of agency programs and locations
Identify and communicate any needed preventative maintenance and assist in prioritizing and budgeting for PM
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies while promoting a culture of workplace safety
Travel to a variety of agency sites to perform repairs and maintenance
Provide excellent customer service to agency staff and ensure their needs are met and progress or delays are communicated
Work with and facilitate the use of external contractors to complete projects
Oversee inventory management of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
Train and mentor maintenance staff, providing guidance and performance feedback
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for outsourced repairs and facility upgrades
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Three to five years of maintenance experience in various fields, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting
Must be 18 or older and possess a valid state driver's license and proof of insurance
Must be available to travel within a 4-hour radius and answer infrequent emergency calls after hours and on weekends
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is required
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work flexible hours and respond to after-hour emergencies as needed
