Job Responsibility:
Support cruise retail accounts management and execution
Lead and develop the WG&S portfolio in the cruise lines channel
Deliver measurable distribution KPI’s with cruise line partners through revenue growth, operational efficiency, leveraging channel initiatives
Account management
Commercial thinking
Analytical excellence
Problem solve and execute the global brand strategy for the cruise line channel (on Trade and retail)
Manage internal stakeholders

Requirements:
Experience in either account management or Cruise Lines
Expert in delivering compelling proposals grounded in insights
Spirits industry background
Experience working internationally in either cruise or commercial role
Willingness to travel
Experience working with large customers
Ability to adapt communication style
Strong cultural awareness
Ability to speak more than one language is a benefit but not essential
