We are looking for a driven and experienced Regional Estates and Building Services Manager to oversee the operational delivery of estates and facilities services across our UK campuses. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on ensuring high standards, consistency and reliability across a multi-site environment. Working closely with campus teams, you will ensure the effective day-to-day management of building services, supporting safe, well-maintained and compliant environments that enable our schools to operate at their best across 23 locations
Job Responsibility
Managing building services operations across the region (hard & soft FM)
Ensuring full statutory compliance and health & safety standards
Leading contractor and supplier performance management
Overseeing maintenance programmes and PPM schedules
Supporting delivery of small capital projects and refurbishments
Managing budgets, cost control and value for money
Coaching and supporting on-site premises teams
Requirements
Experience in estates, facilities or building services management
A solid understanding of M&E systems and compliance requirements
Experience managing suppliers, contracts and service delivery
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance operational delivery with continuous improvement
Nice to have
A relevant qualification in Estates, Engineering or Facilities Management
