Experienced Regional Director / Operations Manager within adult social care
Ideally nurse-qualified (though strong non-clinical operators will be considered)
Skilled in managing mixed portfolios with both stable and underperforming homes
Commercially astute, quality-led, and confident leading through change
Based within a reasonable commute of London, Essex or Kent (this is not a relocation role)
Calm, resilient, and able to influence, challenge, and support senior leaders and Home Managers

Job Responsibility

Provide clear, motivational leadership to Home Managers across five nursing homes
Drive compliance and quality improvement across a mixed-performing region
Strengthen commercial performance, occupancy, and financial management
Support turnaround activity within underperforming services
Build a positive, engaged culture aligned with organisational values
Collaborate with the senior team to implement regional consistency and best practice

Job Responsibility
