Job Description:

Lead the strategic planning, sales team management, client relationship management, and sales operations for the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Strategic Planning and Execution
Sales Team Management
Client Relationship Management
Sales Operations
Product Knowledge and Expertise

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field
MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
Proven experience in a senior sales role within an Asset Management Company
Understanding of Private Market is preferred but not necessary
Strong network and relationship with top private banks & wealth management set-ups
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
