Requirements:
Proven track record of turning around or scaling performance in lower socio-economic, disadvantaged communities
Confidence to make difficult, high-level decisions regarding school improvement, industrial relations, and cultural shifts
Gravitas to stand up to scrutiny and influence to align diverse teams
Deep expertise in SEND or Mental Health
Experience as an Executive Principal, Principal of a large/complex Secondary school, or existing Regional Director
Alignment with a whole-person educational philosophy
