Regional Director

Compass Associates have been engaged to appoint an experienced Regional Director to oversee a portfolio of five nursing homes across the South Region. This is a search on behalf of a respected care provider undergoing an important phase of quality and operational improvement. The region includes a mixture of Good, Requires Improvement, and Inadequate homes, offering the incoming leader a genuine opportunity to stabilise performance, embed consistency, and shape the culture across multiple services. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a hands-on, visible leadership position, with the ability to drive both compliance and commercial outcomes in equal measure.
