Job Responsibility:
End-to-end client acquisition and relationship in the market
Ability to engage in active conversation with the customers
Create revenue strategies, account plans, and business processes for dedicated account management
Work closely with our partners/clients across the respective territories to deliver on revenue targets
Responsible for all Customer communications to be driven by the organization
Requirements:
Good exposure and understanding of market dynamics of BFSI technology with a focus on the Banking industry and Financial Sector
Someone who has experience in Southeast Asia Region
Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
Min. 5 - 10 years of experience with an IT company
