As a Regional Director of Sales at Neo Financial, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for the profitability and success of your designated region. You will directly manage and develop District Managers within the British Columbia area, ensuring their effectiveness in driving sales, achieving key performance indicators, and adhering to Neo's operational standards. Your focus will be on maximizing efficiency, optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and fostering a high-performance sales culture within your region.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and drive revenue growth within the assigned region
Manage and mentor District Managers
Monitor regional sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve sales effectiveness and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) across all districts
Ensure District Managers are effectively recruiting, onboarding, and developing their teams
Spearhead regional sales training initiatives
Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company policies and procedures across all districts within the region
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between District Managers and senior sales leadership
Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within the region
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the Senior Director of Sales
Travel within the region to support District Sales Managers, assess sales operations, and ensure the effective implementation of sales strategies and best practices
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of managing and developing sales teams within a growth channel
8+ years of experience with proven ability to drive sales growth, improve team performance, and manage profitability (P&L)
8+ years of experience in data analysis, performance management, and sales metrics
7+ years of experience with excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
Experience managing sales teams across multiple locations or districts, ideally within a similar industry (e.g., financial services, direct-to-consumer sales)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Network of Sales Representatives: Possesses a strong, existing network of high-performing sales representatives
Proven ability to: Identify, attract, and develop top-performing sales leaders and representatives within the specific province
Understand the unique dynamics of the provincial sales landscape
Build and leverage a strong network of professional relationships within the local business community
Navigate regional market challenges and opportunities to drive sales success
Nice to have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
