We are looking for a competitive and driven Director of Sales to help us extend our already strong footprint in LATAM. Our objective is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Job Responsibility:
Meet or exceed sales quota
Own sales process from start to finish for strategic accounts in assigned territory
Responsible for developing, establishing, and closing new business primarily within Duetto’s named account and prospect list
Work with C-level executives to align their business needs with Duetto’s solutions
Work closely with the Customer Success team to provide high-touch service and identify upsell opportunities in Duetto’s customer base
Establish relationships with strategic business partners / consultants and build necessary channels for business collaboration
Build and manage a pipeline of new business and accurately forecast using Salesforce.com
Represent Duetto at industry events, conferences, seminars, hosted events and customer meetings
Perform other related duties as needed to support team and company priorities
Requirements:
5+ years of sales experience within the technology and travel/hospitality industry
Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, startup team environment
Highly motivated and results-driven
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Proficient in Salesforce.com, including sales forecasting
Remote employee with a willingness to travel up to 30%
BS/BA Degree
Nice to have:
Fluent in Spanish and English Speaker (Also, Portuguese is an added bonus)
Understanding of the hospitality technology landscape and hotel buyer personas
