Job Description

Provincial is looking for a Regional Director of Sales to join our team. This position is not limited to Chicago, IL. Candidates located near a major airport are strongly preferred, as the role requires frequent travel and regular access to air transportation.

Job Responsibility

  • Reports on all activities and results to regional operations leaders and Division President weekly
  • Coaches, trains, and assists with the management of the Director of Sales, Coordinators and associated sales Coaches
  • Motivates the sales staff
  • Interviews and screens DOS candidates
  • Manages the mystery shopping and competitive shopping program
  • Provides Manager on Duty sales training
  • Maintains accurate competition reports for each community
  • Supports the design and development of educational modules
  • Establishes and maintain compensation plans and yearly renewals
  • Overall responsibility of achieving sales move-in and occupancy budgeted plan
  • Maintains knowledge of daily census reporting
  • Develops sales strategies
  • Demonstrates proficiency in all aspects of the CRM system
  • Listens to recorded inbound sales calls
  • Performs community site visit audits and assessment
  • Visits communities in their region
  • Assists sales team with implementation
  • Ensures that all quarterly competitive analysis plans from DOSs are kept up to date
  • Develops marketing strategies
  • Assures full accuracy and complete integrity in daily, weekly and monthly sales
  • Reviews and approves commission reports
  • Educates all new and existing DOSs and Coordinators
  • Ensures compliance with marketing standards
  • Assists in development of annual community marketing budgets
  • Reviews monthly marketing financials and budget variances
  • Oversees and reviews the sales and marketing quarterly planning process
  • Routinely analyzes and reports on trends and challenges
  • Develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategy
  • Maintains adequate supplies of collateral materials
  • Ensures wise use of marketing dollars

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations/Communications, Marketing or related field
  • Five years selling in a dynamic environment
