Job Responsibility:
Leading and mentoring Directors of Sales and on-property sales teams
Developing and executing regional sales strategies tailored to local markets
Driving top-line revenue growth across transient, group, and catering segments
Building strong relationships with key accounts, brand partners, and community stakeholders
Analyzing market data, pace reports, and forecasts to inform strategic decisions
Partnering with revenue management, marketing, and operations to align goals and execution
Being present in the market—traveling regularly to properties and key client meetings
Requirements:
5+ years of progressive hotel sales leadership experience, preferably multi-property or regional
Strong knowledge of California markets and their demand drivers
Proven coach who builds accountable, motivated, and results-driven teams
Data-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple properties simultaneously
Communicates with confidence and clarity at all levels, from on-property teams to executive leadership
Thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and adapts quickly to change
