A well-established, multi-location retailer is seeking a strategic and energetic Regional Director of Sales to oversee operations. This position plays a pivotal role in leading sales, driving performance across several locations, and mentoring General Managers to achieve revenue goals while maintaining visual and service excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and support General Managers and Sales Managers across 5+ stores and $30M+ in combined annual revenue
Track KPIs, coach for results, and execute performance improvement strategies
Ensure compliance with store operations, visual standards, and promotional initiatives
Collaborate with HR, IT, Merchandising, and Marketing departments
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience leading multi-unit retail teams, or 10 years equivalent leadership experience
Demonstrated success in accountability, sales performance, and culture-building
