Job Description:

The Oak Street Health Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the operational rigor and oversight across multiple centers within a geography. This role reports to the Regional Vice President with close collaboration with regional leaders such as the Senior Medical Director and the Population Health Director.

Job Responsibility:

Multi-Center Operational Rigor with a focus on patient experience and engagement
Implementation of Clinic Operations Programming and Improvements
Development and Management of Center Operations Leaders

Requirements:

5 or more years of experience in a supervisory role in a clinical or medical setting, with at least 2 years of multi-site experience
Undergraduate degree required, Masters preferred
Incredible level of organization, reliability and independence
A passion for mentorship and team-development
A problem-solving orientation and eagerness to identify process gaps and implement practical solutions
Ability to manage multiple priorities across various stakeholders and departments
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work across a matrixed organization
Travel required to centers within geography (80%)
US work authorization
