Spring Living Retirement Communities (springliving.ca) is a boutique, rapidly growing Canadian senior living owner/operator, who currently owns and operates retirement communities in Ontario and Quebec. The company has an ambitious growth plan to expanding through acquisition of mid-market retirement communities across Canada over the next 5 years. Spring Living’s mission is to create warm, welcoming, and secure environments for residents, foster caring connections, and provide personalized services by team members who are committed to making a significant IMPACT every day. Spring Living is the Retirement Community platform of the BAZ group; a Real Estate company that strategically acquires, develops, constructs, and repositions assets throughout North America. The Regional, Director of Operations will be responsible for several communities and accountable for providing leadership to the Executive Directors and management teams in maintaining a great reputation in the community, positioning each community as a premier to be the destination of choice for residents and team members in its market. All duties are performed in the best interest of the residents and their families, and in accordance with Spring Living’s Mission, Vision, Values. As a key member of the Leadership Team, the successful candidate will focus on developing a high-performing team by promoting a culture of accountability and innovation, consistent with the Spring Living values. They have responsibility for leading, coaching and inspiring the leadership teams to achieve and exceed the financial, occupancy and KPI targets for each community.
