The Regional Director of Growth (RDG) is responsible for the performance of field sales teams, delivering sales targets, strategic planning, and developing sales managers and representatives. The role involves a mix of coaching, strategic planning, training, marketing program development, and managing regional sales operations for a fast-paced healthcare organization.
Job Responsibility:
Supervising, coaching and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team of 9+
Leading and supporting teams to achieve monthly growth targets
Developing outreach executives into strong sales professionals while cultivating company culture
Conducting site visits and providing performance feedback
Developing and implementing regional sales and marketing strategies
Identifying opportunities through sales data analysis and coaching team members for performance improvement
Building community relationships and building sales opportunities
Leading new center launch activities, hiring, and training of sales staff
Managing and expanding canvassing programs
Ensuring compliance on all sales activities according to organizational guidelines
Requirements:
5+ years sales leadership experience
Minimum 3 years direct B2C sales experience
Significant track record of delivering sales results
Team leadership experience (8+ direct reports)
Experience managing regional programs
Experience recruiting and developing managers and individual contributors
Experience delivering employee training and coaching programs
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work across a matrixed organization
Strong computer skills including ability to create and analyze excel spreadsheets, experience managing through a CRM system such as Salesforce or Zoho, analytical approach toward sales data & performance
Comfortable with personal sales quota in addition to management responsibilities
Strong focus on data and analytics to drive targeted activities and return on growth efforts
Inclination to work in a results oriented role
Ability to travel to centers within geography (generally within 60 miles)
Willing to work some weekends
US work authorization
Nice to have:
Experience managing through a CRM system such as Salesforce or Zoho
Experience in recruiting efforts for sales representatives and sales managers
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven organization
