Regional Director Of Finance

• Review and negotiate client contracts to ensure favorable terms and oversee the settlement of events
• Manage cash flow by projecting future needs, investing wisely, and safeguarding assets
• Coordinate the procurement of capital assets, office supplies, and facility-related materials
• Develop and implement operational budget systems to optimize resource allocation
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to support informed decision-making
• Analyze financial outcomes and recommend strategic adjustments to meet organizational goals
• Establish and oversee controls for financial processes, including accounting, box office, parking, and purchasing operations
• Administer insurance programs to mitigate risks and ensure adequate coverage
• Protect organizational assets through internal audits, inventory management, and insurance protocols
• Fulfill reporting requirements to state entities and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• advanced degree or CPA designation preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in general management with a focus on financial leadership
• Strong knowledge of business management practices, procedures, and applicable regulations
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex financial information
• Proficiency in computer applications relevant to financial operations
• Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary
• Must pass credit and criminal background checks to qualify for the role.
