Compass Associates have been exclusively retained to source an experienced Regional Director on behalf of a highly regarded elderly care provider. Our client has an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care and continues to invest significantly across its portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established senior leadership team and develop your skillset as a Regional Director. Reporting into the Operations Director, the successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of care homes across London, providing strategic leadership while driving operational excellence, quality outcomes and commercial performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead a portfolio of elderly care homes
  • Drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance and commercial performance
  • Coach, mentor and develop Home Managers to achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Support the mobilisation and integration of new and acquired services
  • Deliver strong occupancy, financial performance and quality standards

Requirements

  • Significant multi-site operational leadership experience within a regulated care or healthcare environment
  • Proven experience leading Home Managers or equivalent senior operational leaders
  • Strong understanding of CQC or other relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and people development skills
  • Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, occupancy and financial performance
  • Experience implementing operational strategy and driving continuous improvement
  • Passion for delivering outstanding care and resident outcomes
