Proven background in underwriting within the commercial insurance market, ideally with a focus on Commercial products
Experience working with regional broker networks and delivering underwriting results in line with financial targets
Strong track record of underwriting complex and non-standard risks, with demonstrable commercial awareness
Previous involvement in supporting or mentoring junior underwriting staff is desirable
