Job Description

The Regional Delivery Director serves as a Culture, Brand, and Customer Experience ambassador for their assigned region and across the company. This role oversees a portfolio primarily made up of Third-Party Logistic (3PL) carriers and supports the market of stores indirectly through delivery operations. Acting as both liaison and subject matter expert, the Regional Delivery Director collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including Store Operations, DC Operations, Inventory Control, and more. This leader is accountable for meeting and exceeding financial, operational, and customer experience targets, while managing and improving people and processes. Success is rooted in transparent, positive leadership that reflects “The Bob’s Way.”

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in transportation logistics management and retail multi-unit operations with continuous improvement achievements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • or 15 years of equivalent experience in transportation logistics or retail multi-unit management
  • 7+ years in logistics management with demonstrated continuous improvement
  • 7+ years in multi-unit retail leadership.

  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing 3PL partnerships
