Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end development of creative concepts and brand storytelling for major product launches across all marketing touchpoints
Collaborate with internal cross-functional departments and external distributors to ensure business requirements and market goals are met
Manage partnerships with external creative agencies and in-house designers to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables
Adapt global creative assets to ensure cultural relevance and impact across diverse regional audiences while maintaining brand standards
Oversee creative project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and successful campaign rollouts
Requirements:
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in creative strategy, brand management, or a related role within a multi-market environment
Proven experience translating a global brand vision into successful local campaigns
Technical proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and a deep understanding of consumer journey metrics across the Asia Pacific region
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence teams in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with prior experience in the consumer electronics or FMCG sectors preferred
