Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Regional Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This role involves managing a wide range of financial functions, including budgeting, auditing, and reporting, while supporting organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial management and a keen eye for detail to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee accounting functions to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations
Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and efficient payments
Develop, monitor, and analyze annual budgets to align with organizational objectives
Conduct audits to assess financial practices and ensure adherence to internal and external standards
Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights and support decision-making
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures across the region
Collaborate with teams to enhance financial operations and streamline processes
Utilize spreadsheets and financial tools to manage data effectively and provide detailed reports
Support leadership by providing financial insights and recommendations
Monitor financial services through platforms like ADP to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements:

Proven experience in accounting and financial management
Proficiency in using ADP and other financial service platforms
Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices
Expertise in preparing and analyzing financial statements
Familiarity with auditing procedures and compliance standards
Ability to manage and develop annual budgets effectively
Advanced skills in spreadsheet tools for financial analysis
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
