Job Description:

Our client is a market leading Life Sciences MNC with a strong global presence. Due to an increase in business needs, they are currently recruiting for a dynamic Regional Compensation and Benefits Specialist, to be part of the regional C&B team.

Job Responsibility:

Manage yearly C&B processes including annual salary adjustments, bonus calculations and payouts, promotion cycle, performance appraisals, surveys, budgeting and forecasting matters
Design and implement C&B policies and programmes with alignment to company objectives and compliance with local labour laws and regulations
Develop and maintain salary bands and structures, performance-based incentives, to ensure fair and competitive pay for all positions
Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis, analyzing compensation and benefits data to assess program effectiveness and support strategic decision-making
Oversee benefits programs including flexible benefits, health insurance, and wellness initiatives, to support employee well-being
Effectively communicate compensation policies and benefits to employees
Lead and drive C&B initiatives and projects, to improve policies and processes through innovative means
Support HRIS Workday projects related to C&B
Support wider HR team on relevant HR initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or relevant studies
Ideally at least 5 years of relevant C&B experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel)
Meticulous and analytical, with strong communication skills
Enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Regional experience and Workday experience is highly preferred
