Join us as a Regional Community Manager in London! This full time position is based in between the three London sites. You will report directly to the UK Market Lead and will be running the show at your location, responsible for training and managing all community managers and community associates, and setting the standard for Mindspace’s immensely engaging atmosphere.
Job Responsibility:
100% client facing, create an all-round amazing customer-journey experience, so that every single Mindspace member will feel like a superstar
Train and grow the community management team
Maintain ongoing communications and ensure the smooth-running operations and maintenance of your location, collaborating with the operations manager
Drive event sales with the Sales Event Manager via strategy and goal setting, and oversee their execution
Improve procedures using existing metrics and KPI’s
Be the loyal person of contact for community members, solving all member-related issues
Be the life of the party
establish a strong local community via event planning and individual networking efforts
Create an inclusive environment that fosters collaboration and creativity - both internally and externally
