Job Description:

Lead the development and implementation of Workplace Experience Program initiatives in partnership with operational and support teams across the Americas region while supporting regional delivery of workplace experience initiatives and driving strategic direction aligned with global workplace experience vision and business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as strategic advisor and relationship champion within vested partnership model ensuring mutual success and continuous value creation
  • Identify and develop strategic goals, priorities, and desired outcomes aligned with global vision
  • Collaborate closely with Global Workplace Experience team to ensure global consistency across all initiatives
  • Champion and promote Workplace Experience initiatives to business leadership while identifying key areas of support for business units
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and customers by facilitating regular customer forums for 360-degree feedback
  • Work closely with Regional Director to establish robust governance framework including annual, quarterly, and monthly governance meetings
  • Plan, manage, and implement site-specific Workplace Experience Program initiatives aligned with global vision and adapted to regional needs
  • Drive continuous improvement through shared data analytics and transparent benchmarking for enhanced performance
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancement while assisting clients in making informed decisions regarding cost and value add
  • Report on progress, share innovation and best practices, and celebrate successes across regional implementations
  • Promote and deliver Workplace Experience initiatives while developing business cases for program pilots with site team support
  • Assist on-site teams in building project plans to achieve desired outcomes while providing comprehensive progress reports
  • Identify key themes to support program objectives and ensure successful initiative implementation
  • Oversee regional engagement strategy to enhance workplace experience and employee satisfaction
  • Support sites in implementing and delivering their engagement plans with strategic guidance and resources
  • Collaborate with business resource groups and communications teams to ensure necessary support for engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with partners for Workplace Strategies and Change Management programs
  • Champion global workplace experience roadmap while working closely with global Workplace Experience Centre of Excellence Leads

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in appropriate discipline
  • Relevant experience in workplace, corporate real estate, hospitality, events, or service industry
  • Track record of co-creating innovative solutions that deliver measurable outcomes
  • Knowledge of processes including visitor management, meeting room support, employee engagement, internal communications, and facility management
  • Understanding of workplace analytics to make data-driven decisions
  • Awareness of generic office design and ways of working principles
  • Exceptional stakeholder management with ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels
  • Experience working across multiple countries with familiarity of diverse cultures in Americas region
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders including team members, colleagues, and external clients
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required
