Job Description:

Field Sales Solutions, a multi‑award‑winning field marketing agency, is partnering with Procter & Gamble to recruit a Category Development Manager for Central London, working within our Electrical, Beauty & Skin Category.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a category expert across key London stores
  • Drive Oral B, Olay & Braun sales and availability by building senior store relationships and ensuring corporate agreements are followed
  • Analyse EPOS and availability data to identify issues, implement solutions, and track ROI
  • Conduct stock checks, correct inaccuracies, and ensure fixtures meet agreed plans
  • Train and influence store staff on category knowledge, NPD, and best practice
  • Present insights and solutions at regional retailer meetings to reduce shrink and improve compliance
  • Collaborate with P&G’s Availability Manager on special projects

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, organisation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in grocery, high‑street retail, or FMCG sales
  • Knowledge of category management and retail processes
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven
  • Full UK driving licence
