Job Responsibility:
Manage and execute sourcing for regionally managed indirect categories, ensuing alignment with business needs
Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, contract terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs) Ensure compliance with general procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and sustainability standards across sourcing activities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Operations, Legal) to optimize procurement strategies and supplier selection
Monitor supplier performance, ensuring contract adherence, quality of service, and continuous improvement initiatives
Analyze regional procurement data, identifying opportunities for cost savings (Buy-Better and Spend-Better), efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation
Support procurement process standardization, ensuring alignment with global practices while maintaining regional flexibility
Engage in demand planning and budget forecasting, ensuring efficient procurement planning and spend visibility
Identify and drive cost reduction initiatives, leveraging volume consolidation, process optimization, and supplier negotiations
Ensure stakeholder engagement and alignment, fostering collaboration between procurement, finance, and operational teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, engineering or related fields (Master's degree is a plus)
5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management
Strong understanding of regional markets, supplier landscapes, and sourcing strategies
Proven track record in cost reduction, supplier negotiations, and contract execution
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of procurement objectives with business needs
Proeficiency in e-sourcing platforms, spend analytics, and procurement reporting
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
