Job Responsibility

  • Manage and execute sourcing for regionally managed indirect categories, ensuing alignment with business needs
  • Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, contract terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs) Ensure compliance with general procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and sustainability standards across sourcing activities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Operations, Legal) to optimize procurement strategies and supplier selection
  • Monitor supplier performance, ensuring contract adherence, quality of service, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyze regional procurement data, identifying opportunities for cost savings (Buy-Better and Spend-Better), efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation
  • Support procurement process standardization, ensuring alignment with global practices while maintaining regional flexibility
  • Engage in demand planning and budget forecasting, ensuring efficient procurement planning and spend visibility
  • Identify and drive cost reduction initiatives, leveraging volume consolidation, process optimization, and supplier negotiations
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement and alignment, fostering collaboration between procurement, finance, and operational teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, engineering or related fields (Master's degree is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management
  • Strong understanding of regional markets, supplier landscapes, and sourcing strategies
  • Proven track record in cost reduction, supplier negotiations, and contract execution
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of procurement objectives with business needs
  • Proeficiency in e-sourcing platforms, spend analytics, and procurement reporting
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
