Within DC Ops Enablement, this Business Program Manager will lead cross-functional programs that improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and make it easier for partners and suppliers to work with Microsoft. The Business Program Manager leads end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs across the Americas datacenter portfolio. This role turns ambiguous problem spaces into structured programs with clear owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Success requires initiative, the ability to drive results through partners across multiple functions, and the discipline to communicate business impact clearly up and down multiple organizations.   • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, MBA preferred
  • 6+ years of relevant experience with a strong analytical foundation
  • 3+ years industry experience with a focus in change management and project management processes

  • Own the end-to-end execution of pricing actions across Azure infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Networking), including price changes, new SKU pricing, regional pricing, and competitive adjustments. Ensure pricing is validated, accurately reflected in commerce systems, and launched on schedule.
  • Drive the operational lifecycle for new product launches and regional expansions—from scoping through meter minting, change request (CR) execution, triage, and post-launch validation. Coordinate across cross functional teams, and engineering systems to ensure seamless execution.
  • Serve as the operational connective tissue between Business Planning, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams. Manage dependencies, escalate blockers, and keep launches moving through a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Identify bottlenecks, rework patterns, and inefficiencies in pricing and launch workflows. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cycle time, improve accuracy, and scale execution capacity—partnering with tooling and automation teams where applicable.
  • Control meter launch quality to drive meter price accuracy and ensure compliance with price principles, commerce guardrails and standard workflows
