Job Responsibility:
Lead and inspire a sales team to achieve regional targets and execute strategies effectively
Act as a bridge between brand strategy and local execution, ensuring alignment and adherence
Drive transformation initiatives, including digital adoption and new go-to-market models
Build team resilience and adaptability through business changes and product lifecycles
Collaborate with healthcare providers and systems to create long-term value
Analyze patient pathways and healthcare ecosystem dynamics to inform strategies
Navigate regulatory changes, reimbursement models, and payer strategies to guide local approaches
Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) in managing complex access environments
Leverage sales analytics, competitor data, and CRM insights to influence strategic decisions
Requirements:
Degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare
Experience in sales, marketing, market access, or medical roles
Proven leadership experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Track record of successfully launching products and leading cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, patient pathways, and regulatory frameworks
