Are you a driven, high-energy hunter ready to accelerate growth in one of the most strategically important regions of the country? Our client, a global leader in premium packaged food products, is seeking a Regional Business Manager – Northeast to drive growth across the Tri-State area and select New England markets. This newly created role is ideal for a hunter with strong commercial instincts and the ability to unlock meaningful distribution and share gains in a strategically important region.

Job Responsibility:

  • Grow sales, profit, and market share across the Tri-State region and key New England customers
  • Build distribution, expand shelf presence, and drive sales performance through strong retail execution
  • Lead regional broker partner to deliver priorities, new item execution, and activation
  • Manage P&L components, including pricing, forecasting, and trade investment
  • Lead joint business planning with key customers and broker partners
  • Use syndicated and POS data to develop insight-driven selling stories
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain, and Finance to support promotions, launches, and operational alignment

Requirements:

  • 5–10+ years of CPG sales experience with success in grocery/center store
  • A true hunter mindset—high energy, ambitious, proactive, and eager to build business
  • Strong customer-facing presence with positive energy and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing brokers and/or working with Northeast retailers preferred
  • Strong analytical ability, including proficiency with syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen)
