Job Description

Dynamic and results-driven Regional Business Leader role focusing on driving business growth across all commercial opportunities within the ISC portfolio, delivering both revenue and profit returns. Key management and customer-facing position leading operational and strategic direction of a sales region while building strong relationships that support continued growth and outstanding patient outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Set strategic direction for the region and take full accountability for regional P&L performance
  • Create, execute, and deliver against regional business plan
  • Use insights and data to drive decision making
  • Proactively identify opportunities for partnership, joint working, and business development
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, procurement teams, and business leads
  • Work collaboratively with local Strategic Partnership Manager, Coloplast Nursing Team, and regional sales teams
  • Lead, coach, and inspire high-performing regional sales teams
  • Drive formulary discussions, negotiations, and tender activities
  • Execute national campaigns and tailor local initiatives
  • Continually monitor performance, identify critical business issues, and propose solutions
  • Develop and implement plans for key accounts
  • Lead performance and engagement conversations
  • Contribute to national strategy as active member of Chronic Care Sales Leadership Team
