This position is responsible for accelerating the growth and market penetration of advanced Automated Chemical Analysis (AutoChem) technologies across the APAC region. Operating at a strategic middle-to-senior management level, you will establish pipelines in underpenetrated territories by combining technical consulting with targeted marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibility
Formulate and execute regional marketing initiatives, tracking campaign KPIs such as e-leads, web engagement, and seminar conversions across APAC
Drive the consultative sales lifecycle for advanced analytical instrumentation, utilizing a value-selling approach to secure high-value capital purchases
Identify and penetrate new client accounts while implementing key account development programs in underpenetrated territories
Deliver foundational and technical training programs on product applications for internal account managers and technical teams
Gather actionable market intelligence and competitor activity to support regional product management and new product introductions (NPI)
Requirements
A formal academic background with a Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
Strong track record in process development, technical product management, or high-value capital equipment sales within the laboratory or chemical sector
Proven project management capability with the ability to influence cross-functional, matrixed teams without direct authority
Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging confidently with technical specialists and industry opinion leaders
Regional mobility and a willingness to travel internationally across key APAC markets
