Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field
Proven experience in proposal writing and project management, preferably within a design or engineering firm
Strong understanding of technical concepts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously
