  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to collect necessary data and insights for proposal preparation
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitors to create competitive proposals
  • Compliance: Ensure all proposals adhere to client guidelines, submission deadlines, and regulatory requirements
  • Presentation: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, explaining the proposals and addressing any questions or concerns
  • Review and Edit: Edit and review proposals for clarity, accuracy, and consistency before submission
  • Tracking and Reporting: Maintain records of submitted proposals and track their outcomes to inform future strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • Proven experience in proposal writing and project management, preferably within a design or engineering firm
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously
