Job Description

We’re looking for a Regional Broker to join our Brokerage Operations team. In this role, you’ll support and supervise licensed real estate agents across your region, ensuring full compliance with state regulations, association requirements, and MLS guidelines. You’ll serve as both a compliance expert and a hands-on operational leader—guiding agents through contracts, risk management, and complex transaction issues while helping them deliver an exceptional experience to their clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise and support licensed agents through contract review, licensing compliance, and guidance on regulatory and best-practice standards
  • Manage risk by ensuring compliance with state licensing laws, association requirements, MLS rules, and Real’s internal processes
  • Provide timely support to agents, including consultation on complex transactions and day-to-day compliance questions
  • Deliver training on contracts, state real estate laws, risk management, and operational best practices
  • Maintain accurate, timely transaction and contract reviews using company systems and tools
  • Stay current on state forms, legal updates, contracts, and regulatory changes
  • Partner with the state broker and operations leadership on communications, compliance initiatives, and legal matters
  • Build strong relationships with agents to promote professionalism, ethics, and a culture of compliance

Requirements

  • Strong integrity, attention to detail, and sound judgment
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within a real estate brokerage environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and comfort learning new technologies
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Experience resolving consumer or State Commission complaints
  • Ability to build strong agent relationships and motivate performance
  • Strong presentation and training delivery skills
  • Willingness to travel within the state
  • Ownership mindset with initiative, follow-through, and professionalism
  • Openness to feedback, continuous improvement, and seeking clarity when needed
  • Minimum 5 years of real estate experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role over a large, active agent population
  • Demonstrated experience managing a high volume of agents in a fast-paced brokerage environment
  • Strong legal and compliance background
  • Active real estate broker license in good standing with State Associations and NAR
  • Relevant continuing education credits in real estate, management, or legal compliance

Nice to have

  • Additional real estate designations are a plus
  • Prior branch office or state-level management experience preferred
