Job Description:

Reporting directly to the Regional Head of HR and working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for critical functions, as well as expanding your portfolio into other key HR projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including the sourcing, assessment and hiring of top talent (particularly in the technology and commercial functions)
  • Act as a brand ambassador, leveraging social media and industry events and strategic partnerships to elevate the employer brand of the organisation
  • Manage HR vendor relationships, including recruitment agencies and partners
  • Assist in key HR functions, including contract management, onboarding, performance management documentation, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws across our regional offices
  • Design and implement local and regional employee engagement programs (e.g., wellness challenges, team-building events, internal communications) to foster a vibrant, inclusive culture
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify critical skills gaps. Assist in curating or developing localized L&D content and facilitate training sessions to support continuous employee growth and upskilling

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist experience, ideally with experience within a regional scope
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and robust stakeholder management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Detail-oriented with agility to thrive in a dynamic environment
