We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Assistant Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, marketing execution, and commercial performance for a regional portfolio. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping brand equity, launching innovations, and driving sustainable growth across Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth implementation of regional campaigns and product initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the development and execution of brand strategies and annual marketing plans
Deliver effective 360° campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms to drive consumer engagement
Manage New Product Development (NPD) and portfolio innovation, including launch strategies and go-to-market execution
Analyze market and consumer data to generate actionable insights and strategic growth recommendations
Oversee A&P budget allocation and track ROI to ensure cost efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (regulatory, trade marketing, supply chain) to align on regional initiatives
Lead external relationships with creative, media, and P.R. agencies to ensure high-quality outcomes
Monitor brand performance, generate business reviews, and prepare post-mortem reports for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
3–5 years of brand management experience in the FMCG sector
Strong commercial mindset with experience in data-driven brand strategy and execution
Proven track record in leading successful brand campaigns and new product launches
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and agency management skills
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office
