Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and high-energy Alliance Manager at Regional Level to join our dynamic and strategic Regional Alliances Team. This role is ideal for someone early in their alliance, business development, or technology partnership career who is eager to grow within an international technology and systems integration environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening strategic relationships with Technology Partners across the region while supporting collaboration between regional and country teams. The position is focused more on business development facilitation, relationship management, and ecosystem coordination than on pure program management. The individual will help drive engagement between the vendors and internal teams, support enablement and compliance initiatives, and contribute to achieving regional business and partner objectives. The candidate will be responsible to oversees a selected number of Strategic Partners at European Level. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong communication skills, commercial curiosity, and the ambition to grow into a strategic alliance leadership role.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the development and management of strategic relationships with Technology Partners at regional and country level
  • Build trusted working relationships with Partners stakeholders and internal leadership teams
  • Act as a key coordination point between the Systems Integration organization and the Technology Partners ecosystem
  • Support the creation and execution of regional alliance strategies and plans aligned with business objectives and vendor priorities
  • Act as a facilitator connecting opportunities, people, and initiatives across countries and business units
  • Support joint go-to-market activities and pipeline development initiatives
  • Assist country teams in identifying, developing, and progressing alliance-driven opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams to accelerate business opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in alliances, partner management, sales support, business development, or within the technology industry
  • Strong understanding of Systems Integration environments and multi-country/global delivery models
  • Exposure to or experience working with major Technology Vendors such as Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, NVIDIA, PANW, Fortinet, Checkpoint, HPE and Juniper
  • Sales or business development experience is considered a strong advantage
  • Experience within IT services, consulting, or systems integration organizations is beneficial
