Job Description

The Regional AI Commercial Specialist is a senior role within Sabio’s Commercial organisation, responsible for driving the adoption of Agentic AI and CX solutions across a defined geography. Acting as both commercial lead and trusted advisor, you will own regional pipeline development, influence sales strategy, and partner with Presales, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver measurable growth. This role combines deep AI subject-matter expertise with strong commercial acumen. You will work directly with enterprise clients, prospects, and partners to shape regional go-to-market activity, position Sabio’s value proposition, and close strategic opportunities. Operating at the regional level, you will be accountable for pipeline growth, win rates, and revenue contribution.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the regional AI commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with Sabio’s global growth priorities
  • Partner with regional Sales Leaders to target enterprise accounts, drive pipeline, and influence deal strategy
  • Act as AI subject-matter expert in regional pursuits, translating technical capability into business value
  • Lead regional client workshops, discovery sessions, and executive briefings to identify opportunities
  • Work closely with Presales and Solution Engineers to validate architectures, solutions, and ROI cases
  • Provide commercial input into proposals, RFPs, and competitive bids, ensuring clarity and differentiation
  • Collaborate with Marketing on regional campaigns, events, and thought leadership to position Sabio as the AI CX partner of choice
  • Track, report, and forecast regional pipeline metrics, ensuring accuracy and accountability
  • Mentor and coach junior colleagues (BDRs, Associates) to strengthen regional sales capability

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of AI/automation technologies (Conversational AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RPA)
  • Deep knowledge of CX/CCaaS ecosystems and contact centre operations
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture, integration, and cloud adoption in AI deployments
  • Commercial knowledge of pipeline management, forecasting, and regional go-to-market strategies
  • Awareness of competitive AI/CX vendors and differentiation points
  • Understanding of cultural and business nuances across the region of responsibility

  • Engage with all key AI vendor relationships — NVIDIA, IBM, HPE, Lenovo, Dell, Red Hat, Oracle and many others — ensuring Arrow is positioned centrally in their AI go-to-market strategies
  • Support and enable Arrow's sales teams across the business to identify and develop AI opportunities within their existing partner and customer base
  • Identify, develop and onboard channel partners best positioned to capitalize on the growing AI opportunity
  • Represent Arrow on stage at industry events, vendor forums, partner days and customer engagements — articulating the AI vision with authority and enthusiasm
  • Maintain a structured, proactive approach to vendor and partner collaboration, including regular cadence calls, QBRs and joint go-to-market planning
  • Travel across the EMEA region as required (~40–50% of working time)
