Following an exciting reorganisation within our sales teams, we’re expanding and hiring Regional Account Managers across the South Coast, London, East Anglia, and the Midlands. We’re looking for individuals with experience in the conveyancing search and property industry to take ownership of a regional client portfolio—driving retention, growth, and long-term value. This is a field-based, client-facing role where you’ll combine structured account management with proactive business development, building strong relationships while delivering measurable commercial impact.
Job Responsibility:
Managing and developing a portfolio of regional client accounts
Conducting regular face-to-face visits to strengthen engagement and uncover growth opportunities
Delivering against revenue, retention, and regional growth targets
Identifying and converting upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the full tmGroup solution suite
Leading renewal conversations and proactively managing retention risk
Creating and executing structured account plans aligned to regional strategy
Generating new opportunities through referrals, networking, and regional market activity
Maintaining accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and revenue forecasting in Salesforce
Sharing client insight and regional market feedback with internal teams to support continuous improvement
Escalating and coordinating resolution of service or operational issues where required
Requirements:
Strong experience in B2B account management or sales
Confident managing revenue targets and driving commercial growth
Strong at building relationships and influencing stakeholders
Proven experience in a field-based, client-facing role
Organised and disciplined with CRM and pipeline management
Experience within the conveyancing search, legal, property, or estate agency sectors, with a strong understanding of industry workflows and client needs
Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially astute—able to balance excellent service delivery with growth objectives
