Our client is looking to fill the role of Regional Account Manager and become an integral part of our mission to enhance the consumer experience through advanced wireless solutions, such as 5G and IoT. These technologies are pivotal in empowering emergency responders, optimizing warehouses, ensuring safety on college campuses, and improving various modes of transportation. As the Regional Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and fostering strong customer relationships within the Florida territory. While this is a remote position, candidates must be located in Florida.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage & Grow Accounts: Oversee and expand a diverse portfolio of clients within your assigned territory to maximize revenue and margins
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive territory sales plan aimed at achieving defined financial objectives
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong connections at all levels within customer organizations to enhance collaboration and trust
  • New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while also expanding services offered to existing clients
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct regular visits, presentations, and business reviews to keep clients informed and engaged
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities to remain ahead of the curve

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in sectors such as distribution, manufacturing, or technology
  • A proven track record in developing new business and nurturing existing accounts
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Strong self-management skills, with a penchant for organization and time management
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Availability to travel within the territory, with an expectation of overnight travel for 20-25% of your workload
