TMS global community is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Account Manager to join our team in Sao Paulo. Working on a hybrid basis, you will maintain an on-site presence with our client at least 2-3 days per week, with the remainder working from home. As the Regional Account Manager at TMS, you will support the Client Services Director in leading the operational management of assigned client accounts, playing a key role in strengthening partnerships, ensuring flawless execution, and driving sustainable business growth. You will have the ability to adapt to evolving client needs, while ensuring compliance and meeting financial targets through ensuring the operation runs efficiently and delivers value. You will work closely with the growth team, to drive the strategic growth agenda across your market and support the global strategy.
Job Responsibility:
Providing leadership and mentorship to account teams
Collaborate with Client Services Director to develop and implement strategic account plans
Oversee the delivery of print and display management projects
Work in partnership with the Growth team to ensure alignment between strategic growth initiatives, shopper-centric design solutions, and regional operational delivery
Drive continuous improvement across operations
Ensure margin and performance targets are achieved
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key metrics
Drive cost efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements
Build long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven experience in account management within display and print management environments
Managing and executing managed service strategies
Planning, budgeting, and cost management
Project management, including the production of semi-permanent or permanent displays, point of sale and marketing
Procurement and vendor management
Fluency in English
Experienced people leader with a proven track record in developing and managing teams
Good commercial and business acumen
Excel in managing the operational aspects of campaigns, projects, and jobs
Expertise in fostering lasting relationships and taking a collaborative approach
