We’re looking for a Regional Account Manager to take ownership of a defined portfolio of clients across your region, driving retention, revenue growth, and long-term partnership value. This is a field-based, externally facing role that sits at the heart of our commercial strategy—strengthening client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand and enhance the services we provide. You’ll combine structured account management with proactive business development, ensuring clients receive consistent value while contributing directly to regional growth objectives. This role gives you the autonomy to manage your territory, build meaningful relationships, and deliver measurable commercial impact.
Job Responsibility:
Managing and developing a portfolio of regional client accounts
Conducting regular face-to-face visits to strengthen engagement and uncover growth opportunities
Delivering against revenue, retention, and regional growth targets
Identifying and converting upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the full tmGroup solution suite
Leading renewal conversations and proactively managing retention risk
Creating and executing structured account plans aligned to regional strategy
Generating new opportunities through referrals, networking, and regional market activity
Maintaining accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and revenue forecasting in Salesforce
Sharing client insight and regional market feedback with internal teams to support continuous improvement
Escalating and coordinating resolution of service or operational issues where required
Requirements:
Strong experience in B2B account management or sales
Confident managing revenue targets and driving commercial growth
Strong at building relationships and influencing stakeholders
Proven experience in a field-based, client-facing role
Organised and disciplined with CRM and pipeline management
Experience within conveyancing, legal, property, or estate agency sectors is strongly preferred
Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially astute—able to balance excellent service delivery with growth objectives
